Our Team in Bucharest
Three people at our Bucharest office prepare, file and review the company paperwork this site describes. Each service page and guide names who prepared it and who reviewed it.

Radu Ionescu leads company formation and corporate changes at FormaRoman Group. In eleven years on Romanian company files, Radu has assembled founders' documents, filed them at the trade register under a power of attorney and followed each to its registration certificate. The work covers new SRLs (limited-liability companies), branches for foreign founders, share transfers and closures with a licensed liquidator.

What the team does and does not do
What the team does
- Prepares the file from the client's documents and from standard forms the client signs.
- Files the client's forms at the trade register and ANAF under a power of attorney.
- Files trade-mark applications and submits returns and statements the client's accountant prepared.
- Prepares and coordinates files the client submits itself, such as licence and residence applications.
- Follows each file and reports what the authority answered.
- States the conditions the law sets and leaves the decision to the client.
What the team does not do
- Give legal advice or draft bespoke legal documents, which a Romanian lawyer does.
- Give tax advice, keep books, run payroll for clients, or prepare or sign returns.
- Audit accounts or financial statements.
- Act as a client's administrator or shareholder.
- Promise an authority's decision, such as a bank account, visa, permit, licence or VAT code.
How to reach the team
The three people above have no personal email addresses or direct lines. Every enquiry goes through the contact page into the office mailbox, where a person at our Bucharest office reads it, so each file has one record.
